Stainless Steel 316Ti Sheet is an austenitic stainless steel plate made up of chromium nickel and molybdenum alloy. The material has molybdenum addition to the 304 type of steels. The Stainless Steel 316TI Plates have titanium added for stabilization of the product. It is stronger and more corrosion resistant than the 316 products. The material is corrosion resistant to sea water, chloride rich environments and to most general corrosive services. The SS 316TI Sheet are some of the most used sheet next to the 304 grade sheet. There are different dimensions depending on the nature of the applications. Suryadeep Industry is a leading supplier and manufacturer of SS UNS S31635 Plates in large scales. There are different types of sheet such as coils, foils, rolls and the SS 316TI Circle. Each of these forms is used specifically in different application set ups. The material has excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistant.
The SS 316TI Coils are stabilized with titanium and are intended for high temperature uses with high toughness. The material can operate under cryogenic temperatures without compromising the toughness. The AISI 316TI Plate belongs to the A240 standard which is a pressure vessel grade. That means the sheets and plates could be used in high pressure applications together with high operating temperatures. The SUS 316TI Plate comprises of manganese, carbon, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, titanium and iron. The material has high tensile strength. The minimum tensile strength ranges up to 680MPa. There are hot rolled and cold rolled plates. The 316TI Stainless Steel Hot Rolled Plates can also come in different finishes like the perforated or checkered plates. These different finishes are required by unique applications. The strength and hardness of the ASTM A240 Stainless Steel 316TI Shim Sheets makes it applicable as shims. The Brinell hardness of the sheets ranges up to 215HB max.
