Pressure Vessel Steel Plate is a term used for a wide range of carbon steels plates and alloy steels plates. This type of sheets and plates are meant for pressure vessel applications. Suryadeep Industry is a distributor and a leading supplier of these Boiler steel plates in different grades of materials, standards, specifications and scales. These plates are used in natural gas storage tanks, firewater tanks, crude oil storage tanks, chemical storage tanks, gas cylinders and many other types of high pressure containers. The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Plate can be either carbon steels, low alloy steels or stainless steels. There are different elements in the composition of the different grades.
Stainless steels grades of Pressure vessel plates include chromium, nickel and molybdenum in their composition. They have high hardness values. These plates have to have high impact resistant to be used in high pressure tanks and containers not to break when exposed to impact. The materials used are also high temperature resistant because most of the applications operate these pressure vessels in high temperatures. The Roll-clad shell plates are used to cover the components so that the corrosion is avoided and the temperature is tolerated. There are different types of shell plates such as the Roll-bonded shell plates which are used in specific applications. We supply different types of the pressure vessel steel plates. You can contact us for any specific type such as the PVQ Steel Plates or the ones of your choice.
