Stainless Steel 310 Sheet is made up of a medium carbon austenitic stainless steel. The material is suitable for high temperature services such as furnaces. Suryadeep Industry is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the SS 310 Sheets in different scales and quantities. The material can operate up to 1150 degrees Celsius for continuous services. The AISI 310 Plate can operate under 1035 degrees Celsius of temperature for intermittent services. There are low carbon versions and high carbon versions of the same material. The Stainless Steel 310 Plates are used in applications including fuidised bed combustors, refractory anchor bolts, burners, furnace parts and in petroleum and steam boilers. The high temperature tolerant 310 Stainless Steel Hot Rolled Plates are made up of 25% chromium and 20% nickel in the composition. This makes the material resistant to oxidation and corrosion.
The finishing of the material adds to the oxidation resistance as well. There are 310 SS Chequered Plate types and other polished finish types as well. The SS 310 Perforated Sheets are unique in that they allow for aeration and reduce the weight of the sheet. There are different forms of the sheet such as the Stainless Steel 310 Coils, foils, rolls and strips. The material is composed of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, silicon and sulfur in addition to the chromium and nickel. The Stainless Steel 310 Slatting Coils are strong with minimum yield strength of 205MPa and minimum tensile strength of 520MPa. It is also hard with HV max scale of 225. The SS 310 Plate can also be welded with ease and can be formed well. Machining is also possible on this material. Please contact us for ASME SA240 Stainless Steel 310 Coils and other types of 310 stainless steel products.
