S460NL Plate is made up of a fine grain structural steel that is normalized according to the EN10025-3. It is a high strength steel that is used in construction applications. The En 10025 S460NL Plate can also perform under low temperatures. Suryadeep Industry is a leading manufacturer of these plates in large scales. The Material S460NL has carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, niobium, vanadium, aluminum, titanium, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, nitrogen and copper in the composition of the s355N grade. The other grades have less elements in the compositions as well. The En 10025 Grade S460NL Structural Plate has high mechanical properties such as yield strength and tensile strength. The yield strengths of the plates vary from 175MPa for plates and sheets thicker than 250mm and up to 355MPa for plates with thicknesses less than 16mm.
The S460NL Steel Plate ranges in thickness from 6mm to 400mm, width from 1500mm to 2500mm and length from 6000mm to 12000mm. The S460NL Structural Steel Plate is used in heavy applications such as the bridges, making of pipes, plate girders, pressure vessels and pressure valves and in road tankers. The En 10025 S460NL Steel Plate is impact tested under -50 degrees Celsius and can operate under cryogenic temperatures as well. The S460NL Grade Plate is also normalized as the means of heat treatment. The material allows for shot blasting, painting, cutting, welding and other forming operations.
