Incoloy Alloy 800 Plate is made up of a nickel super alloy material that is intended for high temperature and corrosion resistant applications. Suryadeep Industry is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the Incoloy 800 Plate products. The products have a high density of 7.940 grams per centimeter cube. They are also high temperature resistant due to the high melting range of 1357 – 1385 degrees Celsius. The product has goo electric resistivity as well. The Incoloy 800 Sheet has good magnetic permeability of 1.014 and good thermal conductivity. The material comes under different specifications and the Alloy 800 Sheets have different specifications depending on application types and product type as well.
The rapid heating and cooling process of solution annealing makes the ASME SB 409 Incoloy 800 Coil stronger and be used in high temperature applications such as heat exchangers and super heater elements. The Incoloy Alloy 800 Plate is highly weldable. No post heating or post welding treatment is necessary on this material grade. The plates could be either 800 Incoloy Hot Rolled Plates or cold rolled ones. Both plates are machinable, but are diffult to machine. Sharps, slow speeds and heavy machines are necessary to work on the Incoloy 800 Cold Rolled Plates. After machining, deep cuts are needed to remove the work hardened layer. The addition of titanium and aluminum also provide the material with more strength and corrosion resistance capacities.
