S235 JR+N Plate is a non – alloyed steel material plate that is made in varying sizes ranging from 4mm to 200mm in thickness. There are 3.5mm to 14mm plates available in the market in terms of length. Suryadeep Industry is a supplier and leading manufacturer of these EN10025 S235JR steel plate products in large quantities. The width of the plates range up to 3500mm. The certification for the quality testing is known as the EN10204 3.1 or 3.2. The S235JR steel plate composition includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen and copper but in very low quantities that the plates are considered S235JR non-alloy plate types. The plates also hold different tensile strength based on the thickness of the plates. Usually, the less thick plates have high tensile strengths. The structural steel EN 10025-2 S235JR Plate less than 16mm in thickness has up to 235MPa minimum yield strength where the plates above 250mm have 175MPa.
The S235JR High Tensile Steel Plate also has higher tensile strengths of up to 510MPa minimum for plates less than 100mm and up to 500MPa for plates higher than 100mm. The S235 High Strength Structural Steel Plates are used in construction, bridges and in other general structural applications. They are strong and the applications such as ship building, offshore and onshore services also use the EN 10025-2 S235JR Steel Plates. The applications also include but are not limited to the engineering applications and petrochemical industrial applications. There are S235JR Hot Rolled Steel Plates that are used in tankers, cladding, paneling, platforms and as linings of larger applications as well. Please contact us for any of your needs in the S235JR Mild Steel Plate category.
