weldolet is the most common of all branch connections, and is welded onto the outlet pipe. The ends are bevelled to facilitate this process, and therefore the weldolet is considered a butt-weld fitting. Weldolet’s are designed to minimize stress concentrations and provide integral reinforcement.
904L is an alloy formulated of Nickel, Molybdenum and Copper with low carbon content and high alloy austenitic Stainless Steel. The alloy is used in the reinstatement of SS316 and SS317L where corrosion properties are not competent. The alloy contains copper which gives it the corrosion resistance tendency to the conventional chrome, specially to phosphoric acid, acetic acid and sulphuric acid. The alloy also has resistance to pitting in chloride solutions and to both crevice and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is non magnetic in all the environments and has distinguished formability and weldability.

ALL Steel Pipes is an integrated supplier of ASTM A182 904L Stainless Steel Weldolet with in-house forging, machining and assembly-test inspection operations. The forge shop contains a full line of forging equipment including billet saws and shears, billet heating furnaces and induction heaters, forge presses and hammers, trim presses and batch heat treatment equipment. All necessary support equipment including a forge die shop capable of in-house manufacture is located at this facility.
Our machining and assembly operations have a complete line of metal removal equipment including turning, boring, milling, drilling, grinding, polishing, welding and have testing equipment to manufacture forged steel fittings and valves.
